What We Can Help You With
Individual Somatic Therapy
-
What can it help with?
Somatic therapy can support anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, sexual concerns, spiritual crises, and more. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help determine fit.
Why include the body?
Somatic therapy brings attention to your present-moment bodily experience—sensations, posture, tension, and movement—to better understand patterns, emotions, and underlying wounds that may not be accessible through talk alone.
What happens in a session?
Sessions combine conversation with guided awareness of your real-time experience. This can help you build self-understanding, shift old survival patterns, respond more compassionately to yourself, and explore new ways of relating, feeling, and moving through life.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
-
Somatic Therapy for Chronic Pain
What it is
We use Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a research-backed approach for chronic pain that helps retrain the brain’s learned pain pathways.
When it may help
PRT may be a fit when pain persists beyond expected healing, tests do not fully explain symptoms, pain shifts or fluctuates, or stress seems to make it worse.
How it works
This approach helps you understand neuroplastic pain and gently interrupt the pain-fear cycle through education, somatic awareness, and guided practice.
What it can support
PRT may help with chronic back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, IBS, fatigue, tinnitus, dizziness, and other persistent symptoms.
Ways to work with us
We offer individual in-person and virtual therapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
-
What it is
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines ketamine treatment with ongoing psychotherapy to support deeper trauma work, insight, and integration.
How it works
Ketamine is used as part of a therapeutic process, either with one of our therapists or alongside outside therapy. The medicine experience is paired with preparation, dosing, and integration sessions.
Why people consider it
KAP may help create distance from entrenched thought patterns, support trauma processing, and open a window for meaningful psychological change.
What to expect
Ketamine sessions are brief, but the therapeutic process continues afterward through integration and follow-up support.
Cost
Pricing varies by therapist and treatment plan, with separate fees for therapy sessions, prescribing, and medication.
Couples Therapy
-
How we work
Our couples work is grounded in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), an attachment-based approach that helps you understand the cycles keeping your relationship stuck. In this work, the relationship—not one partner alone—is the focus.
What happens in sessions?
Your therapist helps you recognize patterns as they happen in real time, so you can better understand one another, communicate underlying needs, and move out of conflict, shutdown, or disconnection.
Support for infidelity recovery
We offer a structured, trauma-informed approach to infidelity recovery that supports accountability, healing, trust repair, and deeper understanding of the wounds beneath the rupture.
What this can help you build
Couples therapy can help you feel more seen, heard, connected, and emotionally safe with one another.
ADHD/Executive Dysfunction Skills and Support Group
-
What it is
A virtual skills and support group for ADHD and executive dysfunction that takes a non-pathologizing, strengths-based approach.
What you’ll work on
The group helps with procrastination, organization, follow-through, overwhelm, emotional sensitivity, and other executive function challenges.
How it works
You’ll learn practical tools, build self-understanding, practice nervous system regulation, and benefit from mutual support and accountability in a group setting.
What makes it different
This approach combines executive function support with body-based practices, self-compassion, and relational support.
Group details
12 sessions, 75 minutes each, virtual. Cost: $125 per session.
Trauma Therapy
-
What trauma therapy can help with
Trauma can continue to affect how you feel in your body, relationships, and daily life long after an event has passed. Therapy can support healing, safety, and renewed confidence.
Our approach
We use body-based, trauma-informed approaches including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing to help you process trauma with care and at a manageable pace.
What this work can support
Trauma therapy can help you regulate your nervous system, feel safer in your body, reconnect with resilience, shift trauma-based beliefs, and build more nourishing connections.
Flexible support
Trauma work can be part of ongoing somatic therapy or a brief, focused treatment centered on a specific traumatic event.
Healing Intergenerational Trauma
-
What it is
A healing approach for intergenerational trauma that helps uncover inherited family patterns, loyalties, and unresolved pain.
How it works
Through an embodied, experiential group process, family constellations can bring insight into unconscious dynamics and support greater clarity, compassion, and healing.
What it can support
This work may help when you feel stuck in repeating family patterns, carrying emotions that feel bigger than your own story, or struggling to make sense of persistent beliefs or behaviors.
Ways to work with Rebecca
Offerings include virtual groups, day-long workshops, and 4-day retreats.
